About NARL
NARL — Not Another Rocket League — is a community-run competitive Rocket League circuit based in North America, built by players for players.
What we run
NARL runs seasons of 3v3 Standard. Teams register before a season begins, are placed in a division, and play a scheduled series each league night. Every match is recorded to this site — game scores, per-player stats, and replays — so a season leaves a record behind instead of disappearing into a Discord scrollback.
The rules that govern play are public. Anything below is a summary; the League Rulebook is the authoritative version.
Divisions
NARL is organized into skill-based divisions, from the top down:
- Premier
- Challenger
- Contender
- Open
Division placement is set by NARL admins ahead of each season. Which divisions run in a given season depends on how many teams register.
How a season runs
- Teams register a roster before the season, and it locks once the season starts. Team composition and roster changes.
- League nights run on a fixed weekly schedule. Scheduling.
- Each league night is a fixed set of games per division — every game is played regardless of the score, and each one counts on its own toward standings. Match format.
- Teams are ranked by game win percentage, with published tiebreakers. Standings.
- Each division runs its own playoff bracket at the end of the season. Playoffs.
Who can play
Each division has its own rank range, published before registration and based on a player's peak 3v3 Standard rank. See division eligibility for how ranks are measured and assigned.
Broadcasts
NARL league matches are broadcast on the NARL Twitch channel and archived on YouTube, unless otherwise announced. See the broadcast rules.
NARL production creates the lobby for each scheduled match, posts the credentials to the captains channel, and occupies the spectator slot — so teams get a real broadcast without running anything themselves.
